We would like to take this opportunity to say thank you to you and your crew. Not only did we receive immediate service on our car (Lincoln), and our pickup (Chevy), the service we did receive was courteous as well as professional. Your crew is knowledgeable and eager to be of service. We were pleasantly surprised that the problems were taken care of so quickly. We are both very unmechanical (is that a word?) and it was refreshing to do business with a company that we feel confident about. We were also surprised by the amount charged for the repairs. It seems in this day and age the mind set is to charge more than is fair. In our case, we felt you were more than fair. We do have some repairs to be done on our pickup and we now know who to take it to. Thank you, each and every one.

Dear Ron, I am in receipt of your very nice letter and the $1,000,000 bill and I do appreciate your interest in me and the vehicle I was driving. I have found nothing wrong with the work that you did on such a short notice for someone passing through on my way to Montana. I have more than 4,000 miles since the work was done and have had no problems. The vehicle operates much better than it has for some time. I have never had a problem with it but with the addition of the new part it is smoother and shifts much better. I had never been in that part of your state but wanted to go that way with the thought of taking the southern route through the Black Hills and I am very glad that I did. I shudder to think of the trouble I might have had in some other part of Nebraska. Thank you very much for your efforts and your timely repair.
