Had problems with my Edge on my way to Norfolk. Rob took care of me right away. Rob had a technician look at it that day and called me to explain what they found and when they would have it completed. They called me when it was completed. Really painless to service my transmission and 4X4 drivetrain. Set up the appointment online, dropped the truck off in the morning, picked it up that afternoon. Easy and thorough.
